Every visit follows a thorough process designed to catch problems early, keep your system efficient, and protect your investment. Here's what our technicians do at each stage of the season.
- 01
Spring Activation
System pressurization, controller programming, zone-by-zone inspections, spray pattern and head adjustments, valve and wiring checks, visual backflow evaluation, and repair recommendations if needed.
- 02
Mid-Season and Monthly Tune-Ups
Controller adjustments for seasonal watering changes, leak detection, coverage and efficiency checks, and full system inspections to catch issues before they become expensive repairs.
- 03
Fall Winterization
System shutoff and drainage, compressed-air blowout of all zones, backflow and valve winterization, controller shutdown, and an end-of-season report with recommendations for the following year.
- 04
Repairs and Support
If we find something that needs fixing during any visit, we'll let you know with a clear quote before doing any work. Repairs and parts are billed separately at $105 per technician hour, plus parts. Nothing happens without your approval first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing is based on your system's zone count, overall size, accessibility, and condition. Larger systems take more time to properly service, which is why we use tiered pricing across three brackets: 1 to 8 zones, 9 to 17 zones, and 18 to 24 zones. All prices shown are starting prices and reflect professional inspection, service, and recommendations.
Systems with more than 24 zones, commercial properties, and HOA systems require custom pricing and a site evaluation. Contact us and we'll put together an estimate based on your specific system and property needs.
No. Repairs, parts, and upgrades are always quoted separately and require your approval before any work begins. Repair labor is billed at $105 per technician hour, plus parts. This applies whether the repair is discovered during a scheduled visit or requested on its own.
Starting prices reflect the base cost for the smallest residential systems (1 to 8 zones) in standard condition. Your final price may vary based on system size, zone count, and any additional complexity. We'll always confirm pricing before beginning any work.
Each maintenance plan visit includes up to 60 minutes on site. If additional time is needed beyond the scheduled visit, it's billed at $105 per technician hour. Most standard residential systems are fully serviced within that window.
No. A smart controller is not required for any plan. That said, it's strongly recommended for the best performance and water savings. Every plan tier includes access to smart controller upgrades, and the savings increase the higher your plan level. The Essential MAX plan includes a free upgrade for systems up to 16 zones.
No. All maintenance plans are commitment-free with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Your system does need to be operational at the time of enrollment, and you'll need to provide access to system components for each scheduled visit.
Yes. Weather conditions and local watering restrictions can impact controller programming and visit timing. Our team adjusts schedules and settings based on current conditions to keep your system compliant and running efficiently. If a visit needs to be rescheduled due to weather, we'll coordinate a new time with you.
